Alimos Marina

Alimos Marina has been a point of reference in the capital and an integral part of its coastal front, also known as the “Athenian Riviera”. Its advantageous location makes it extremely attractive as well as a haven for sailing and yachting enthusiasts.

With a land area of ​​210,000 sq.m., a sea area of ​​428,000 sq.m. and docks 1,170 m long, it is the largest marina in Greece and the Balkans with 1,100 permanent boat berths, of which 50 berths for large yachts over 25 meters. It operates according to the international standards and has a wintering area for about 350 boats. Its maximum depth is 6.5 meters.

Alimos Marina also holds the international eco -label of blue Flag, which is the most recognized and widely spread ecological symbol of quality since 2018.

The redevelopment project, which is expected to be completed by 2025, involves the creation of a modern and attractive centre that will breathe life into Attica. According to the plan, the 18,500m² building development is to bring out the full potential of the marina, as it will be able to host not only touristic but also commercial and recreational facilities bound to turn it into a top destination for the residents of Athens and visitors alike.
